- Be able to communicate effective with management & C-level executives, avoiding technical jargon, translating technical roadmaps, understanding, aligning and prioritising with business strategies
- Be able to talk to service delivery & account execs and programme managers on programme progress, translating technical roadmaps, highlighting dependencies and offering pragmatic solutions
- Collaborate and coordinate with Solution Architects on solution designs and integration solutions
- Working with Business Analysts to help capture, understand, prioritise and manage business requirements across the enterprise
- Collaborate and liaise with subcontractors in various specialist areas such as service blueprinting, organisational & technical governance, spatial data
- An appreciation of business modelling techniques such as service blueprinting, event storming or business process modelling
- Experience with Python and Azure (desirable)
- Understand enterprise data and master data management approaches
- Direct experience of event driven architectures (EDA), API management, pub/sub and other integration patterns
- Direct experience of designing REST and GraphQL APIs
- Understanding of Data architecture patterns such as Data Mesh (desirable)
- Understanding the capabilities of different database technologies (relational, document & graph) and when to use each
- Experience and understanding of data migrations & ETL processes
