In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business success.Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

Requirements

Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
