Tipperary are growing their team and currently have opportunities for Production Operators.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expanding production team.Role:Assist in the day to day management activities for the Production, adhering to GMP/ GDP / regulatory guidelines.Manufacturing, Packing, Cleaning and Operations activities required to meet manufacturing schedules & commitments.Participate as an active member of the manufacturing team involved in Manufacturing, Cleaning or as directed by the Team Lead Operator/Process lead or Operations Supervisor.Incorporate a Right First-Time principle into all Manufacturing activities making sure that all documentation is completed with GDP requirements met.Meet production metrics and participate in daily team communicationShift:Two-cycle shift pattern:Day shift: 7:00am - 7:00pmNight shift: 7:00pm - 7:00amExperience :Minimum of 1 year's experience preferably in the Production environmentFamiliar with the requirements of a regulated Production settingDiligent with an eye for detail, accurate data entry and documentation skillsDemonstrates a flexible approach and a “can do” attitudeSalary 29,000 + 25% Shift Allowance
