Personal Lines Account Handler

• Communicate with clients via telephone, email, web chat, and face-to-face meetings.
• Manage all inquiries regarding current private motor, commercial vehicle, household, and other Personal Lines products.
• Handle initial notification of claims and ensure efficient handling by Insurers from notification to settlement.
• Identify new sales opportunities through cross-selling.
• Meet both monthly and yearly targets and goals.
• Exceed retention targets.
• Address complaints and errors according to relevant procedures.
• Follow scripts, procedures, and managerial instructions consistently.
• Maintain high standards in administrative tasks.
• Foster relationships with clients and key insurance contacts
• Participate in trade exhibitions and conventions as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge.

• APA qualification minimum.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and independently.
