- Communicate with clients via telephone, email, web chat, and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage all inquiries regarding current private motor, commercial vehicle, household, and other Personal Lines products.
- Handle initial notification of claims and ensure efficient handling by Insurers from notification to settlement.
- Identify new sales opportunities through cross-selling.
- Meet both monthly and yearly targets and goals.
- Exceed retention targets.
- Address complaints and errors according to relevant procedures.
- Follow scripts, procedures, and managerial instructions consistently.
- Maintain high standards in administrative tasks.
- Foster relationships with clients and key insurance contacts
- Participate in trade exhibitions and conventions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
- APA qualification minimum.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and independently.
