Clinical Nurse Manager

• Uphold care centre policies, best clinical practices, while identifying, and addressing areas of concern in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Review and manage care plans for residents with clinical issues such as pressure ulcers, falls, or other health concerns, ensuring proper follow-up and action.
• Oversee medication management, including supervising staff, conducting medication audits, and coordinating with GPs and pharmacies for reviews.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, participating in training and development to maintain high standards of care.
• Conduct regular audits on clinical practices, hygiene standards, and documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. #HP

• Registered with the NMBI live register
• Previous management experience or training is beneficial.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Sound decision-making ability.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others and work independently.
