
Graduate Configuration Analyst

- Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product.
- Configure and refine SaaS product in line with the documented client requirements, delivering client demos as scheduled and obtaining client sign-off of configured features.
- Validate the functional configuration changes as expected.
- Support client validation process and User Acceptance Testing to address and respond to client functional queries and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
- Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements and testing outputs.
- Support defect triage throughout delivery process
- Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with the standard processes.
- Build strong relationships within the project team, client teams and internal Product Management team.
- Support the Lead Consultant in articulating approach to client configuration to address client business requirements.
- Maintain functional documentation throughout the lifecycle of the delivery to ensure success of QA Automation
- Documentation of options related to key design decisions and raising awareness of client decision to Project Manager (PM)
- Escalates to the PM if there are any risks, issues or dependencies which puts the functional timeline at risk.
- Follow the change management process and raise to the PM and lead Consultant where client is requesting additional scope over and above what has been agreed.

- Degree or Diploma in Computing, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification.
