- Lead safety from a line perspective.
- First point of contact for line troubleshooting.
- Support to any in-line Quality issues.
- Actively support line improvements.
- Ensure completion of relevant daily, weekly, monthly, and annual planned maintenance.
- Training new team members.
- Support ERP system (consumption and material verification)
- Quality sport checks and sign offs.
- Paperowrk reviewing.
- Support the tem/work on the line.
- Cover Team Lead abscence.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Focus on Safety.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Good level of computer literacy.
