HR Manager | Dublin 1 | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 WFH)My client, a growing events company with a vibrant and inclusive culture, is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join their team.Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the full HR function - from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and policy compliance.This is a permanent role, offering a collaborative and dynamic workplace where creativity thrives, people feel valued, and you can make a real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster inclusion, collaboration, and creativity.Manage performance management processes and provide coaching support to managers.Identify training needs and deliver development programmes that drive growth and career progression.Ensure HR policies comply with employment legislation and best practice.Promote a safe, respectful, and positive workplace by addressing employee relations effectively.Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and values through ongoing initiatives.RequirementsDegree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD qualification a plus).5+ years' HR management experience (ideally in events, hospitality, or a creative industry).Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations.Proven track record in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect at all levels.Organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary (negotiable depending on experience)Hybrid working (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)Dynamic and collaborative work environmentCareer growth and development opportunitiesFor a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Sarra Hadi090-6478104
