• 3 years + in high volume grocery management experience
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance.
• Ability to work effectively across departments such as Foodhall, Fashion and Home
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
