Duties include (but not limited to):
  • Lead and maintain the Mechanical Quality Management System across projects.
  • Ensure project quality delivery meets client specifications through effective planning and execution.
  • Promote a strong quality culture through training, audits, and a “Right First Time” approach.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary quality team and oversee quality tools like ITPs and test packs.
  • Liaise with clients and construction teams to manage handovers, walkdowns, and compliance.
  • Conduct audits, manage subcontractor QA, and represent quality in internal and external meetings.
Position Requirements
  • Relevant mechanical or quality qualification with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hygienic and pharmaceutical piping systems, including ASME codes and P&IDs.
  • Experienced in orbital welding, with minimum CSWIP 3.1 welding inspection qualification.
  • Additional inspection certifications (e.g., paint & coatings) are beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA database systems such as Eida; experience with quality management software is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
