Duties include: analysing the company's operational structure and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency in service delivery; developing and implementing strategies to optimise cleaning operations, workforce allocation, and cost management; advising on process improvements, performance measurement, and service quality standards; conducting internal audits and operational reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives; supporting the development of scalable systems and procedures to facilitate business growth; assisting in the design and implementation of business plans and expansion strategies; evaluating market conditions and advising on competitive positioning; providing recommendations on organisational structure and resource utilisation; preparing reports and presenting findings to management; ensuring that recommended improvements are effectively implemented and monitored.
