Bluebird Care, a leading provider of homecare services across Ireland, is partnering with FRS Recruitment to find compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our expanding team in Dublin West.We're hiring for healthcare assistants in these locations: Blanchardstown, Cabra, Clondalkin, Lucan and Ballyfermot.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others, providing high-quality care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
  • Supporting independence and promoting dignity at all times
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Observing and reporting changes in client health or behaviour
  • Maintaining accurate care records in line with company standards
Requirements:
  • QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A kind, patient, and caring nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transport is required. (Full Irish licence and access to a car is advantage).
