Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will take the lead in coordinating sales activity while also supporting team performance and administrative efficiency.The Role: what does the job involve?:
- Proactively achieve individual sales targets and support with prospecting, up-selling, and cross-selling and drive performance.
- Manage existing business, client accounts and assist with customer renewals.
- Keep up to date on office administration, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and completed.
- Handle customer queries, escalating complex issues as required.
- Ensure full compliance with all company systems and procedures.
- Foster a strong sales culture and contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused team.
- CIP (Certified Insurance Practitioner) - candidates without this will not be considered.
- Third-level qualification is advantageous.
- Full clean driving license.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in insurance is essential, specifically commercial insurance.a
- Background in sales and customer service in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and sales abilities.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
