- Oversee and manage financial reporting for Group Entities, including:
- Monthly reporting as required by Group
- Quarterly fast close reporting with intercompany considerations
- Forecasts & Budgets including intercompany transactions
- Act as the primary finance contact, ensuring review and control of P&L and balance sheet for Group Entities, including tasks such as:
- Reviewing technical checks from IFRS Ledger documents
- Analysing actual performance versus forecasts/budgets using KPIs
- Monitoring compliance to accounting principles (IFRS and Local GAAP)
- Handle invoicing, credit control, and premium payment functions for the business unit
- Assist with quarterly consolidation submissions to Group Controlling department
- Support Group Entities and local accountants with quarterly Intercompany reconciliation submissions
- Regulatory Returns preparation and reconciliation annually
- Balance sheet reconciliations (Customer, Vendors, Suspense Account, Bank reconciliations)
- Reconciling bordereau statements with SAP postings
- Monitoring and reconciling reinsurance settlements to bordereau statements
- Qualified Accountant
- Strong numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in all MS Office programs
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learning ability following a training period
- Familiarity and experience with SAP reporting systems
