- Source and engage potential candidates through database searches, job boards and networking
- Contact and screen candidates to assess suitability, experience and career goals
- Support senior consultants in managing open vacancies and developing client relationships
- Create and post job adverts across multiple platforms
- Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform candidate compliance checks and assist with administrative tasks such as interview coordination and documentation
- Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a fast-paced Recruitment role
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proactive, driven, and comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Positive, sociable, and team-oriented attitude
- No previous recruitment experience required as full training and career development provided
