- Salary: €38,000 – €42,000 + Commission
- Generate Sales through both Inbound and Outbound efforts, with a strong focus on outbound to accelerate the expansion of the Mullingar office.
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email and other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline.
- Ability to connect with potential customers in a face-to-face setting, and use your initiative to build on these opportunities and increase sales.
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they're being met.
- Manage the whole Sales process from Inbound / Outbound Sale, through Order processing, truck routing – strong involvement in Operational procedures.
- Managing Debt cycle as part of Account Management – ensuring the books of business are all within their credit terms.
- Play a key role in Depot management.
- 3+ years sales/business development experience.
- Excellent people skills.
- Results-driven and performance-focused.
- Flexibility, critical thinking skills, and can act fast.
- Comfortable communicating and providing feedback with teams.
- Growth mindset, determined, and passionate.
