Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in Emergency Nursing or Urgent Care including Minor Injuries or stand-alone LIU.
Demonstrate evidence of formal Triage training.
Demonstrate experience of wound care and plastering.
Demonstrate the ability to efficiently and effectively manage staff.
Demonstrate practical experience of teaching in the clinical area.
Demonstrate experience of using IT systems e.g. MS Office, IPMS, NIMIS.
