- Lead the delivery of the marketing strategy and annual plan, ensuring activity is commercially focused and aligned to business growth objectives.
- Act as brand guardian across all touchpoints, driving consistency in messaging, tone and visual identity across employer branding, client communications and project initiatives.
- Develop and deliver impactful internal communications that strengthen culture, reinforce values and drive employee engagement.
- Own the end-to-end social media strategy, including content planning, channel management, community engagement and proactive reputation management.
- Use analytics and performance data to evaluate campaigns, optimise content and produce clear, insight-led reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of high-quality marketing collateral and digital content, including brochures, presentations, case studies, project sheets and website content, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and SEO best practice.
- Support integrated campaigns across advertising, sponsorship and PR, including drafting press releases and building effective media relationships.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers across design, copywriting, digital and production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.
- Plan and deliver professional internal and external events that support business development, stakeholder engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, benchmark brand performance and provide strategic recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
- 7+ years’ marketing experience, with strong skills in brand management, campaign delivery and content creation.
- Proven success managing corporate social media channels, with measurable results in engagement, reach and performance.
- Confident using key marketing tools, including CMS, CRM systems, social media scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Analytics), plus Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging and on-brand content.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of delivering high-quality work.
