Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this senior leadership role will combine creative brand management with hands-on digital and commercial performance.The RoleYou’ll be the brand guardian and digital lead - shaping how our client tell their story, grow markets, and engage customers online and offline.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an inspiring brand and marketing strategy for domestic and international markets.Manage all B2C and B2B E-Commerce platforms with full P&L responsibility for online performance.Lead creative direction for photography, video and digital content.Oversee SEO, PPC, email and social campaigns, maximising conversion and ROI.Partner with IT, Production and Design to optimise customer experience and stock flow.Represent the brand at trade shows and global events.Lead, coach and develop a teamWhat We’re Looking For5 years’ + experience in Brand, E-Commerce or Marketing Management roles.Degree in Business, Marketing or Digital Communications.Proven track record growing online sales and brand engagement.Strong grasp of analytics, SEO, paid media and CRM tools.Creative flair matched with commercial focus.Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Based in or willing to relocate to beautiful Westport, Co.
