- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

- Prepare and review corporation tax computations and returns for financial services clients, ensuring compliance with Irish and international tax legislation.
- Conduct technical research and draft memos on complex tax issues such as interest deductibility, group relief, and controlled foreign company (CFC) rules.
- Support tax audit and Revenue interventions, including preparing documentation, responding to queries, and representing clients in discussions with tax authorities.
- Assist in the delivery of tax advisory projects, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border tax planning.
- Coordinate tax accounting and reporting processes, including deferred tax calculations and tax disclosures for financial statements.
- Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on client portfolios, providing proactive updates and strategic advice.
- A self-motivated and ambitious individual, with a determination to develop their career and grow a business in fast paced and ever changing environment.
- Evolving technical, interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Desire to advance in building client relationships and business development activities.
- Demonstration, and a track record, of an ability to lead a team of people to deliver a quality service to clients.
- Professional qualification in ACA (or equivalent), law and/or Tax; or
- AITI qualified or equivalent qualification in a Commonwealth country (such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, UK).
- 1-2 years relevant post qualification tax experience.
- Experience working in industry or practice as a tax professional
- Strong technical skills and be keen to develop further.
- Financial Services experience or a genuine interest in the financial services sector.
- Big 4 Tax experience.
