• Lead large-scale change programmes from inception through to implementation and benefit realisation.
• Provide structured change management governance, support and excellent communications management and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between clinical, operational, and strategic objectives.
• Drive high-quality delivery across project teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and complete change impact assessments, develop plans to support change.
• Develop a communications plan.
• Complete training needs assessment and design the training programme.
• Ensure all change outputs are delivered to professional services standards with a client-centric focus.
• Post go live review and continuous improvement.

• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting before transitioning into change management
• Proven track record delivering major transformation programmes within professional services environments.
• Strong client-facing capabilities and the ability to build credibility quickly at senior levels.
• Expertise in methodologies such as PROSCI, PRINCE2, PMP.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
