This is an opportunity within a growing org in the Cyber Security space. As a Python Development Manager, you will have the chance to lead a small but growing team of Python Software Engineers who are delivering features and services that are absolutely mission critical to the success of the business. You will be supported in this role by other engineering leaders. This is an excellent environment to build on your leadership and management skills, whilst still remaining close to the technology. Ideally you will still be close to the tech, hands on coding with Python and AWS.This organisation values work life balance and are a remote-first company, but the ideal candidate will still be close to the office (located in Dublin city centre) to collaborate with the team and facilitate whiteboarding sessions etc. There is a well defined path to progression in this position also, with the opportunity to move into a Senior Engineering Management position right up to director level.Skills/Experience:

Experience as a Technical or Team Lead or Manager
Strong understanding of Python

Salary/Remuneration Package:
