- Cultivate the learning culture within the organisation
- Create and implement Learning & Development Strategy for the business
- Manage and co-ordinate our Leadership Development Programme
- Provide expert support for the Hotel People & Culture departments
- Work closely with the Hotel General Managers on localised requirements
- Manage fully our online Learning Management System (LMS)
- Lead our L&D team across three jurisdictions
- Review, update and where necessary, design and develop training sessions in line with current learning trends
- Remain up to date with legislative amendments and liaise with Head of People to implement appropriate changes
- Create new and innovative ways of learning in line with modern trends
- Develop relationships with professional bodies to promote professional development across the company
- Source suitable training providers to offer bespoke training
- Lead the apprenticeship and early careers agenda within the business
- Passion for learning and excellent communication skills
- Positive, energetic and solutions driven
- Ability to build relationships across all levels
- Excellent management skills and ability to motivate a team
- Understanding of the hotel industry and experience of managing a LMS
