Building Energy Rating (BER) AssessorLocation: Dublin / Hybrid (On-site visits + Work from home)Employment Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: Base €48k and OTE €55k + Overtime + BenefitsAbout UsOur client, a creative media company transforming the real estate marketing space across Ireland and the UK is looking for a qualified BER Assessor to join our growing team. From photography and video to virtual tours and energy ratings, we help agents and developers present properties at their absolute best.Your Role

Conducting on-site energy assessments for homes and buildings in line with SEAI standards
Inputting data into DEAP/NEAP software to generate official BER Certificates
Providing advisory reports and communicating potential energy efficiency improvements to clients
Coordinating with our creative and admin teams to streamline reporting
Staying up to date with SEAI guidelines, building regulations, and relevant technologies

What We're Looking For

SEAI-registered BER Assessor (Domestic and/or Non-Domestic)
Strong working knowledge of DEAP and/or NEAP software
Excellent attention to detail and understanding of Irish building standards
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Friendly, professional manner when interacting with clients and colleagues
Valid driver's license (if travel is required)
Experience in the property or energy sector is a bonus
