- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring smooth operations across all departments
- Lead and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest operational standards
- Oversee bar, floor, and event operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Assist with staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
- Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and promotional initiatives
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Deputise for the General Manager in their absence and take full responsibility for venue operations
- Previous management experience in a high-volume bar, venue, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of stock control, labour management, and P&L
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required
