Restaurant Manager, Balbriggan, Salary DOE

• To comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects, thus ensuring consistency every time.
• Working as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect.
• Following company guidelines/training in all aspects of food preparation, production and storage.
• At all times, portraying a professional image, both on and off the premises.
• Treating our customers to a warm and friendly service each and every time they visit our restaurant.
• Working with support office team to increase the numbers of customers and the amount of money spent each and every day in our restaurant.
• In relation to cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management.
• Ensuring uniform and personal appearance is complying with company guidelines.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Constantly putting the customer first, whether first thing in the morning, or last thing at night.

• Minimum 2 years experience in a busy customer service environment at a management level.
• As an ambitious individual you will welcome opportunities to gain knowledge and assume additional responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work, weekends inclusive
