e-Commerce Assistant (Content Production)

• Publish and manage website content prioritising product content.
• Manage the ecommerce product catalogue including gathering and uploading product information, reviewing and editing product copy, categorising products and maintaining the overall category campaigns.
• Act as a key contact for the category managers / buyers.
• Planning and prioritising product uploads in accordance with the events calendar.
• Processing data to ensure it is correct prior to upload to the website including imagery, attributes, descriptions and pricing.
• Ensure that images are processed to the agreed guidelines and where required, work with the marketing team to arrange and execute photoshoots.
• Categorise products once they are uploaded ensuring that the products are categorised correctly and available to merchandise.
• Execute additional product categorisation for sales and specific collection promotions.
• Report progress and performance.
• Assist the Trading Manager in completing on-site updates and merchandising updates as required.
• Perform overall website quality assurance and take immediate action if problems are identified.

• Ideally will have previous experience in a similar role with a good understanding of online retail
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Must have strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools.
• Will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Will be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Be able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• This role will be based in our Head Office in Portlaoise.
• We offer a hybrid model of work after successful completion of a probationary period.

• Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm, however flexibility is required upon occasion in line with business requirements.
