This is a very good opportunity for a candidate looking to grow and progress their career into a sales role, once comfortable within the position, there will be opportunity to take on additional responsibilities within the sales team.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Administration
- Assist in preparing and process sales quotations and proposals.
- Maintain and update systems and notes with client and sales information.
- Assist the sales manager with reporting, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and provide support.
- Coordinate with clients regarding service requests and account updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth.
- Support the coordination of meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.
- Manage filing, documentation, and other sales administration duties.
- Ad hoc duties to support the field sales team
- Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Support position
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently in an office environment while supporting a wider sales team.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships.
