Innovation Delivery Manager - Digital & Fintech Initiatives (Contract)We are currently partnering with a leading organisation in the financial services sector to appoint an Innovation Delivery Manager to support the delivery of digital innovation initiatives and fintech partnerships.This role will focus on turning innovation concepts into real, deliverable outcomes, leading the delivery of prototypes, pilots and scalable solutions across digital ventures and emerging technology initiatives.You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design and business stakeholders to drive the end-to-end delivery of innovation projects in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInnovation Project DeliveryLead the delivery of digital innovation initiatives from discovery and concept through to production readinessManage project plans, timelines, budgets and delivery milestonesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and backlog refinementEnsure clear acceptance criteria and robust testing processes are in placeConcept Validation & Innovation EnablementSupport the scoping and development of new digital ventures, fintech collaborations and innovation initiativesFacilitate workshops, design sprints and user testing to rapidly validate new conceptsWork with product, UX and engineering teams to deliver prototypes and MVPsPilot Delivery & ScalingLead the delivery and monitoring of pilot programmesAnalyse performance data and stakeholder feedback to assess outcomesProduce recommendations on scaling successful solutions or refining conceptsSupport the transition of successful pilots into business-as-usual operationsGovernance & RiskMaintain delivery governance including risk registers, issue logs and decision recordsEnsure innovation initiatives align with internal controls and regulatory requirementsIdentify potential operational and delivery risks early and manage mitigation strategiesWhat We're Looking ForEssential Experience3+ years' experience delivering digital, product or innovation projectsExperience working within financial services or another regulated environmentStrong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban)Proven track record delivering prototypes, MVPs or pilot programmesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience collaborating with engineering teams, technology partners or fintech organisationsStrong commercial awareness including budget and delivery oversightDesirableAgile or project management certifications (Scrum / PRINCE2 or similar)Experience with design thinking, Lean Startup or experimentation frameworksTechnical awareness across APIs, cloud platforms or digital architecturesExperience working within innovation teams, venture initiatives or startup environmentsAbout Korn FerryKorn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
