- Contribute to store teamwork to optimise the customer experience;
- Assist in the training, development and motivation of staff in order to achieve and maintain the highest levels of customer service and performance;
- Develop and build a professional awareness of the store presentation; including visual displays and merchandising, to ensure it is reflective of the Dubarry brand;
- Maintain open communication with offices and stakeholders across the company; including at Head Office, in other stores and with customers;
- Perform all admin and store related procedures both efficiently and effectively, including till transactions, cashing up, staff discount purchases etc.;
- Contribute to and be responsible for store security, including when required; store key holding; opening and closing, cash handling, and being contactable for any emergencies relating to the store;
- Acting in a supervisory capacity in the manager’s absence to ensure an effective team service to customers and staff adhere to company policies.
