
Sales Engineer ‐ Service & Aftermarket

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Water sector.
- Promote Sulzer's service and aftermarket solutions, including maintenance contracts, spare parts, upgrades, and retrofits.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for rotating equipment, including pumps, motors, and ancillary systems.
- Identify opportunities for growth within customer accounts and convert them into profitable service projects.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights back to management.
- Proven experience in service or aftermarket sales, ideally within the Water sector.
- Technical understanding of rotating equipment, pumps, and motors.
- Strong commercial awareness, with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, building trust and credibility with clients.
- Knowledge of Irish Water or Water Utilities sector is highly desirable.
