Cpl Recruitment are looking for a HR Manager to join a Healthcare Organisation on a permanent basis who are based in Kilkenny. The successful candidate must have 5 years HR Experience.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy· Manage the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and offboarding· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance· Maintain pay plan and benefits program· Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues· Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings· Maintain HR systems and records with confidentiality and accuracy· Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making· Lead or support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesRequirements:· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)· 5+ years of proven experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity· Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practicesIf this sounds like a role you would be interested in, please email your CV to
