About the Role:A leading Tier 1 construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major projects across a variety of sectors including Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Residential, Civil, and Transport Infrastructure.You'll play a key role in delivering high-value projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to handover
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource planning
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on-site
Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery

Candidate Requirements:

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
Sector experience in Pharma, Data Centres, Residential, Civil, or Infrastructure
Previous experience with Tier 1 main contractors (Ireland, UK, or overseas)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
