Requirements:
A Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, with a focus on Organizational Psychology or a related field.
Significant experience working as an HPO psychologist or in a related consulting role.
Proven ability to design and implement effective psychological strategies in organizational settings.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
