This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for a strong front-of-house professional ready to step up and take responsibility for service delivery and team coordination. Key Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house operations during service Lead, motivate, and support waiting and bar staff Ensure high-quality guest experience at all times Assist with staff rotas, breaks, and task allocation Support on-boarding and training of new team members Handle customer queries and complaints professionally Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and service standards Assist with stock control and end-of-shift procedures Candidate Profile Experience as Supervisor / Floor Supervisor / Senior Waiter Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on, organised, and confident decision-maker Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability Calm under pressure in busy service environments Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) Applicant must have a good command of the English language.
