- Create, update, and coordinate 3D BIM models (structural, MEP, etc.) while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Work with architects, engineers, and managers to resolve design conflicts, conduct clash detection, and align project teams.
- Develop and enforce BIM execution plans, guidelines, and best practices while auditing models for quality and compliance.
- Use BIM tools to identify design conflicts early, coordinate resolutions, and share reports with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate BIM documentation, provide progress updates, and support 4D/5D modelling for scheduling and cost estimation.
- Train teams on BIM tools, manage data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and ensure version control of models.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years in BIM roles within construction, architecture, or engineering projects.
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM project management tools; skilled in 3D modelling and clash detection.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems integration within BIM workflows.
- Analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail in modelling, documentation, and coordination.
- Effective written and verbal communication, collaborating across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
