- SharePoint Administration experience, with understanding of best practice implementation and configuration
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas) to meet business requirements.
- Automate workflows and business processes via Power Automate (Flows), including approvals, notifications, and data orchestration.
- Build and customize SharePoint Online sites—including lists, libraries, forms, web parts—and integrate them with Power Platform solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and services using APIs, and custom connectors.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and follow best practices—including governance, version control, and performance optimization.
- Carry out end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless project handover after the maternity cover.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
- Demonstrable skills in SharePoint development, including customization, workflows, and integration within SharePoint Online.
- Experience with Power Platform integration, using tools and languages such as Power Query (M), Power Fx, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
- Proficiency in API integrations, service connectors, and third-party system interfacing as part of solution development.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
