Identify potential safety and maintenance issues Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Incident/accident reporting Communicating hazards, repairs, spills Update Daily Cleaning & Maintenance records Never carry out plumbing or electrical repairs Location of Shops & Stores and Creche locations Ensure receipts are issued and returned for all purchases Get bins ready for weekly refuse collection Advise on non-collections Painting, small repairs, use of power and non-power tools, grounds work, gardening. Placement & assembly of Creche furniture Cleaning and hygiene of the building Clean, stock, supply and document all areas within the facility. e.g. bathroom, reception etc. Safe use and storage of products & household chemicals Correct use, storage, and hygiene of cleaning equipment Be willing to take part in all Mandatory training and any additional QQI training to enhance your career goal Please send your CV to liesel@finglaschildcare.ie
