Evaluate customer agreements, including amendments to those agreements, document the proper technical revenue conclusions, and prepare revenue adjustments in accordance with ASC 606 MSFT revenue policies, and customer/field intent.
Develop and maintain depth and breadth of knowledge over MS products, services and policies.
Support key systems transformation projects by ensuring solutions for complex accounting issues are included in the design.
Contribute to process-improvement efforts by collecting and reviewing business partner and team feedback and incorporating industry best practices.
Assist with internal and external audit queries on revenue recognition, for both US GAAP and Local GAAP.
Identify and assess financial statement risk to provide input on initiatives to enhance control compliance with US and Local GAAP and SOX.

Qualifications:Minimum/Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or related field AND accounting or finance experience

OR equivalent experience.
Demonstrated Microsoft Office application skills, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
Experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
Experience with complex systems, processes, and programs.
Experience in the technology or software industry.
ASC 606 experience/ practical application.
Project Management experience.
