- Supervise inbound and outbound inventory while working closely with vendors and distribution partners.
- Review production activity and sales forecasts to generate timely demand plans.
- Prepare real-time stock reports and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
- Optimize stock levels while minimizing cash tied up in inventory.
- Coordinate logistics for the collection and delivery of products.
- Support supplier and customer relationship management alongside the operations leadership team.
- Maintain and improve procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes.
- Ensure legal compliance in product delivery and regulatory matters.
- Contribute to new product setups, including packaging and materials sourcing.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects that enhance supply chain performance.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role.
- Qualification in Procurement, Logistics, or Materials Management is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of materials resource planning (MRP) and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, and import/export compliance.
- Advanced Excel proficiency with high attention to data accuracy and reporting.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capability to manage priorities effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
