No two days are the same – from creative activities and outings to developing independent living skills and advocating for individuals, you’ll be helping each person reach their full potential.Person specification
  • A FETAC/QQI Level 5 Major Award in Social Care/ Healthcare or relevant qualification- all 8 modules completed.
  • Motivated, compassionate, and energetic team players.
  • A strong commitment to empowering individuals through a person-centred approach.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
  • Knowledge of the New Directions framework.
  • Experience supporting people with Autism
  • One year experience working in the area of Intellectual Dissability is desirible
  • A full driving licence is a distinct advantage
  • Openness to providing supports across a variety of activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good listening skills.
