- Drive overall revenue performance across rooms, meetings & events, and F&B segments
- Develop and execute a structured sales strategy across corporate, leisure, and agency markets
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Manage and grow key accounts and long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed annual sales budgets and commercial targets
- Lead RFP submissions, rate negotiations, and contract agreements in collaboration with Revenue Management
- Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings, presentations, and property site visits
- Represent the Collection at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Work with the Group Commercial and Marketing teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns
- Support and contribute to digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns and social media activity
- Drive lead generation activity aligned with business mix and revenue priorities
- Identify and implement tactical promotions to maximise demand during low periods
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all sales and marketing channels
- Contribute to annual sales and marketing strategy development
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and provide regular sales performance updates
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making
- Work closely with Revenue Management to optimise pricing, yield, and segmentation strategies
- Track and report on ROI of sales and marketing activity
- Work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, and Finance teams to ensure commercial alignment
- Liaise with Marketing teams on campaign execution and promotional activity
- Support a seamless guest experience by aligning sales commitments with operational delivery
- Proven experience in hospitality sales, hotel business development, or B2B sales
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing corporate accounts, agencies, or group business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to work independently and manage a territory or portfolio
- Understanding of hospitality distribution channels (corporate, OTA, group, leisure)
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, or lead generation tools
- Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns
- Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making ability
