Working on a very exciting role with Multinational organisation, which has a requirement for a Corporate Development Manager. This pivotal newly created role which involves working cross-functionally to support strategic decision making of the Leadership Team. This role will mainly feed off CEO and CFO with focus on M&A. Other responsibilities:

This role will take the lead on all investment and development projects across the Group.
Business case preparation - from initial conception / scoping to EBIDTA and cash returns. Responsible for presenting proposals to Senior Leadership Team.
Develop a clear framework and process for how to Group approaches and assesses potential development projects, both internal and external.
Support with transactional due diligence, financial evaluation and acquisition integration.
Perform detailed scenario analysis, as well as quantifying the impacts of different capital allocation strategies.
Review multi-year performance bridges and assess macro trends and external third-party forecasts.
Own and manage analysis and understanding of continually evolving competitor landscape.
Review and monitor performance of all corporate development projects.
Complete ad hoc work and analysis for the Irish CEO.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

ACA or CFA qualified who has worked in similar role
Someone with a Commercial mindset and financial modelling experience
