Skills: At least 5+ Years of total experience with 4 years of experience in a support role Knowledge or experience of some of the following will be a distinct advantage: SWIFT UNIX / LINUX AIX Oracle or other basic SQL MQ Perl or Shell programming skills desirable Experience in Banking Domain This role will require working in night shifts - 5 days (Could be any 5 days of the week based on ROTA) The candidates would be required working from Cabinteely location all 5 days This role will require resources to work additionally over weekends for any deployments etc Responsibilities: Take ownership of issues and be proactive in coordinating distributed teams to resolve issues within the specified SLAs. Work closely with the team to share and prioritize work load for self and team members within cluster, consistent with any appropriate direction from customer.
