The ideal candidate is confident, motivated works well in a team, and loves helping clients look and feel their best.Other Salary InformationVery attractive salary for the right candidate.Primary DutiesPrimary DutiesThis position requires someone who works well under pressure and well with-in a team and has a passion to deliver exceptional service and to perform the following duties:
- Exceptional client care
- Ensure patients feel welcomed by providing an informative and engaging experience during every visit
- You will be expected to call patients for follow-up appointments and converse with them in a confident and friendly manner.
- Conduct excellent patient consultation and sharing of product knowledge referring to advanced cosmeceutical skincare to achieve and meet each patients needs
- Handle all client queries in a professional manner
- Conducting of Beauty treatments
- Perform all treatments with-in the appropriate time frame
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and attention to detail
- Sales
- Suggest and promote retail products and aftercare procedures and additional services to achieve your personal objectives and the retail targets
- Housekeeping
- Keep treatment rooms clean and stocked at all times
- Maintain adequate levels of consumables to deliver high standard of treatments
- Stock management
- To conduct regular stock counts.
- To accurately update stock records and capture all stock related transactions.
- Positivity, enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude with ability to work well in a team
- Passion for people and ability to quickly build rapport
- Consultative selling skills, including advanced questioning skills to explore patient needs to formulating solutions
- Learning and leading by example
- Strong listening and communication skills

- Strong business acumen with ability to track personal performance with a strong drive to achieve goals
- Highly organized, self-starter and computer literate with strong follow-up and follow-through skills

- Reliable and trustworthy
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Qualifications ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC qualification
- Leaving Certificate (preferred)
- Beauty: 5 year (required)
- Laser:1 year (preferred)
- Electrolysis (preferred)
- Microblading 1 year (preferred)
- Licence/Certificates
