As an Enterprise Business Development Manager for the DACH market, you will play a strategic role in driving enterprise pipeline growth. Working closely with the field sales team, you will identify and develop high-value opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, and help advance deals through complex sales cycles. This role suits a commercially and technically minded sales professional who thrives in enterprise environments and can effectively position technology solutions to C-suite stakeholders.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify, engage, and develop high-value enterprise opportunities across the DACH regionDrive strategic pipeline generation aligned with enterprise growth objectivesPartner with Field Sales Representatives to build account strategies and opportunity plansDevelop and execute targeted, account-based prospecting strategiesEngage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and C-suite executivesIdentify business challenges and position relevant technology solutionsLead discovery conversations to understand customer needs, pain points, and prioritiesArticulate compelling value propositions linking solutions to business outcomesSupport opportunities through advanced sales stages in collaboration with field salesGather and share market insights from the DACH region to inform sales strategy and positioningIdentify expansion opportunities across solutions and customer accountsProvide feedback on customer needs, trends, and competitive landscapeBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership teamsContribute to pipeline reviews, deal strategy discussions, and planning sessionsShare best practices and insights across the wider sales organisation.REQUIREMENTS:Native/Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms3-4 years' experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environmentsProven track record in enterprise pipeline generation and senior stakeholder engagementExperience prospecting into large organisations and navigating complex buying groupsStrong consultative selling skills with a problem-led approachAbility to communicate business value and build credibility with executive buyersExperience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and modern sales engagement toolsHighly motivated, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.OFFER:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceBe part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereComprehensive health cover starting from day oneEducation reimbursement to support career growthChild/Dependent care reimbursement to help manage work-life balancePersonal Hardship Loan Program for extra support, when neededAccess to a 24/7 mental health and employee assistance programBike to Work Scheme and Taxsaver Leap Card SchemeRecognition programs for top performers and long-tenured employees
