- Ensure day-to-day reliability, security and performance across Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, servers.
- Lead/mentor a Systems Administrator and act as a go-to escalation point.
- Drive hardening, patching, identity, backup/DR, monitoring and incident response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and future growth
- Partner with trusted vendors to deliver best-in-class outcomes across networking, virtualisation, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Influence roadmaps, standards and procurement.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Leadership experience or a desire to step into a leadership role.
- Senior-level systems administration in a hybrid cloud setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure.
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with vendor engagement and procurement processes is a plus.
- Cyber Security Oversight, play an active and guiding part in Barry Groups cyber preparedness while working with our partners.
