Our Client, a top tier law firm, with a growing Tax Dept, requires an Associate with 2-3 years PQE in Tax, to join their team call Cormac Spencer on 018454651 for more info.Salary: €85-95kBenefits: Pension, Bonus, Healthcare, Hybrid Work, Fees paid, and moreTotal Package: Worth up to €125kWe are seeking candidates who are eager to build their expertise across a wide spectrum of corporate transactions and tax advisory matters.The tax team delivers tailored solutions to clients involved in all types of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, corporate restructurings, private equity investments, foreign direct investment, cross-border tax planning, and financial services tax. This includes areas such as asset finance, securitisations, investment funds, banking, real estate tax, VAT, and tax disputes.The team frequently collaborate with international tax counsel on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, redomiciliations, asset financing, debt capital markets, structured debt, and investment fund structures.Main responsibilities:The successful candidate will be part of the corporate tax team advising on all the tax aspects of:

Corporate reorganisation
Restructurings and inward investment
Mergers, demergers, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs
Private equity and property transactions
Share based remuneration schemes;
Employment taxation;
VAT and indirect taxes;
Tax disputes;

Candidate Requirements:

2-3+ years’ PQE
Strong academic background in tax, law, accountancy, or a related discipline.
Excellent analytical and written and verbal communication skills.
Works collaboratively.
Hard working with enthusiasm for learning and development.
