We are one team, always growing, putting our clients first.An opportunity has arisen within the Compliance department for a Senior Regulatory Specialist (Pensions)Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key stakeholder within the Davy Compliance team providing regulatory and compliance input and advice to key forums within the firm
Advice and support to the firm regarding its regulatory obligations
Advice on Pensions law and/or Sustainability regulations
Identify, assess, monitor and report on emerging regulations at European and national level.
Provide accurate, consistent and timely advice to the business on an ongoing basis, including; responding to ad hoc queries; providing inputs to projects; advising on new products and business proposals; contributing to policy documents; and providing training as appropriate.
Liaise with regulatory bodies on regulatory matters ranging from inspections to day to day queries.
Compliance with Risk and Compliance frameworks

Requirements

3rd level Degree in relevant discipline
Have knowledge of key legislative/regulatory requirements
A confident approach and an ability to communicate with a range of people including regulators, external advisors and senior management within the business;
Able to self-motivate and work to own deadlines
Knowledge on Pensions law and/or Sustainability regulations is preferable
