- Supervise daily security operations and allocate tasks effectively across the team.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, customers, and visitors.
- Liaise with Gardaà and emergency services as necessary.
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure all record keeping complies with GDPR standards.
- Complete all reports and incident documentation accurately and on time.
- Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Ensure team compliance with all security policies, procedures, and site regulations.
- Support and implement emergency response and compliance protocols.
- Train, coach, and support team members in operational and emergency procedures.
- Review performance, conduct appraisals, and hold corrective or coaching interviews when needed.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation, professionalism, and customer service across the team.
- Promote teamwork, clear communication, and a positive working environment.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Services Manager.
- QQI Level 4 in Basic Guarding Skills (or equivalent).
- Valid PSA Static Security Licence.
- Minimum 1 year of experience within the security industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Valid work permit/visa (if applicable).
- Basic IT skills (email, reporting systems, and CCTV monitoring).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
